This is great, its even cheaper than Moneybookers now.
And as I remember ( I have sent money once with it ) its pretty simple to pay via credit card

But cant understand this debit card thing, what in fact is ATM ?

They could be free, but I would never use them.
Earlier this year, they stole quite a bit of money from me!
ANd from quite a few other people.

So I avoid them like the plague they are!

Look mom! ScamPain is reducing its fee. Its reputation has gone down the toilet already. I distinctively remember when BBBOnline announced they got too many complaints and decided to alert FBI.

Atm = Automated Tellar Machine, the hole in the wall where you withdraw money from.

Basicly it allows you to transfer money to there atm card(visa i think) and you can withdraw it from most machines that accept visa.

Is stormpay on of these companies that facilitates payments to online casinos like Neteller? If so maybe that has something to do with it.

Scam Pain ie Storm Pay, stormpay use to accept payments for HYIPS and Autosurfs(like 12 daily pro) which was one of the best autosurfs around.

Then one day stormpay started to act strange, refusing to take hyips and autosurfs (probaly due to the fact of chargebacks when hyips/autosurfs scamed or collapesed), they also started making demands of 12dailypro to be there only payment processor, it then got really complex with users of autosurfs and hyips getting there accounts frozen some with substantial amounts of money in them, then to top it of payments were being reversed by stormpay.

Alot of money was lost by alot of people and it basiclly caused 12dailypro to collape(it is in receivership with the remaining money being scamed by the receivers "costs" to investigate.

It has never been clear why it all happened but it has been sugested stormpay didnt have the money to cover what was actualy in the accounts.

You can read more over at http://www.moneymakergroup.com beware site is full of scamers

Sounds like StormPay is pretty desperate to get customers.
Actually the SEC shut down 12dailypro as an illegal Ponzi scheme (which was pretty clear to anyone who looked at 12dailypro's promised returns). StormPay was foolish enough to process payments for 12dailypro, and had its assets frozen by the Feds. That screwed everyone else with money at StormPay too. (article).

Your facts are quite wrong and 12 Daily collapsed from a) being a 100% scam and one of the more obvious ones I've ever seen and b) federal investigations.
