What is your biggest hurdle of starting your own online business?

Hi thanks for your interest. Can u share your experience of making money online and starting an online business? which of the 4 factors mentioned are u struggling with?

 

Driving traffic.

 

Here's what I can tell you from experience:

-be patient (really hard for me sometimes)

-be fearless (don't be afraid to fail, it happens sometimes)

-follow through with any decision you make (you have to get some kind of result and learn from it)

-avoid the shiny objects and only give your attention to tools or ideas that can help you with what you're doing right now.

There's more to talk about but I think this will do for now.

 

I think money definitely. I have a business selling pre-written articles but to pay for daily expenses, website fees, advertise and get articles written I also work for clients through the dp forums. Any money I make goes into funding the website - a big sale through the website would do wonders but then in order for that to happen I need more money to produce more work to have more subjects available... Time, motivation and effort are all being put in and I hope this time next year I will be in a much more profitable situation. The website is slowly ticking over but I am working around 16 hours a day to ensure this happens Keep at it!

 

Mine is the lack of dedication and finding the right topic.

Hi Andre thanks for sharing and I could not agree more when you actually get down to business. It is important to focus and to reflect on your results be it positive or negative and then adapt and try again. Patience and determination are needed to see through and get a bit of success to move on. During this time, it is also crucial not to get distracted by other "get rich schemes" that do not help you in getting what you want.
