    Find a niche you are the best or very very good at and make a website that targets that niche and IMPROVES it. I would start with a idea, then get a designer to build the site for you.

    Buy a site on here for $10-$20 that is already set up with monetization. Once you have that set up. Write some articles relating the that website with the link in the article to your business site, adwords or affiliates. Then begin to comment on blogs and link build to your articles you've posted. Easiest way to start.
