How could i get visitors to my site?

Hello, this week I invest my time on creating a spanish blog and a support forum for webmasters.

However, know I do not want to do.. i lose the point

The site that I design is puntodigital.org and the forums are at foro.puntodigital.org

The main problem is that I never have forums before, I mean I just work for my clients.

What have to do a blogger and forum manager in order to get more visitors and have a good pagerank.

It is something difficult for me, I really can not post hounders of threads and blogs entrys and be only one in the site.

My final question is, ¿What does a person when set up a forum or a blog?

I apologuize for my bad english, i never finish my english lesons.

Are you trying to make a forum? If so, ask friends (or pay people) to post on the forum because if the forum looks empty, no one will join. Don't waste your money advertising an empty forum.
