According to Google Adsense TOS, it's not allowed because you generated impressions while the ads themselves were not actually viewed. I know some people who buy traffic to adsense pages and get away with it, while others get banned, I strongly suggest NOT to use it on pages with adsense if you value your account. You can always send traffic to inner page, archives page etc where you have no ads.

10%-15% USA / Can / Aus / UK

let's say out of 1 month traffic you will get at least 5k-7k unique visitors from USA.

The cheapest I can offer you is USA/CA/Aus/UK traffic, at least 600-700 Uniques a day (so 60,000 will take around 3 months to deliver) - $39 ($0.65 per every 1000).

I am monetizing my own organic traffic (placing iframes on my high traffic sites), so as there are no bots or fake hits, it's hard for me to give an exact number of hits you will get from a specific country..
