I'd definitely say India. I get 100+ emails from different Indian spam link builders on a daily basis. From US link builders or webmasters? None.

    Bad ones/spammers - India.

I think shawn... its rude... to say that Bad Ones/spammers India - because not all are bad here. Some are seriously involved in business.

I agree that some are bad too.

But - USA is the world's largest spammer and accounts for more than 16.5 per cent of global spam.

    :)

I know not all SEOs in India are bad, just like not all SEOs in the United States are good.

But in my personal experience, every Indian SEO I've dealt with myself never did the work properly, and it always needed to be redone by someone else.

And as far as spam, I can only speak for myself, but 87% of the spam we deal with on my sites is from India.

There definitely are days when I've seriously considered just blocking all Indian users... it would make managing spam SO much easier.

I'd be amazed to see the sudden drop of threads being posted here if that ever happens.

It'd be good if the quality would come back like it was before. The forum has gone down for the past 2 years (or more) since I've been here especially with all these 'so-called-SEO-experts' posting up silly SEO questions while actually having an 'SEO Company', 'SEO experts' on their signatures.

How about a warning before a user posts a new thread which says. "Are you sure that this post hasn't been posted before?" or something like that. That way, users will think twice before posting repetitive threads. You can also add a warning for possible infractions if needed be.

In terms of quality I would have to say USA/Canada/UK.

However, judging by the numerous threads/posts online, it would be India.
