you should to to a college or university and post flyers on the desks before a class goes in. It is a great way for promoting business. I know a friend who actually did this and it brought alot of traffic and business to his business. Don't forget to try more than one college or anything like that.

You should advertise it at TV during prime time such as during news time.

It will surely bring you more business.
