Painful Bladder Syndrome, (PBS), which is also known as Interstitial Cystitis, (IC), can occur at any time of life and for both sexes. Symptoms vary from individual to individual, and have a wide scope. They can range from a very mild discomfort in the pelvis region to incredible pain. There are frequent tender spots and intense pressure on the bladder, which causes an urge to urinate, but passing little water. This urge occurs throughout the day frequently.
