    What's your pay rate for this list of requirements you have? I'm going to guess you're offering your team somewhere around $2 per piece and charging your clients around $4 per piece.

    You get what you pay for so if what you're getting isn't good enough, don't moan and groan that you can't find someone suitable for the job. Upping your price will almost always up the quality of the content you receive.
