I still prefer the real cigar but it's really a good alternative if you plan on quitting smoking.

The best advice I can give you is dont go for e-cigs. If you are planning to quit smoking then just do it. To start with, just remember whenever you feel like smoking just wait and control for 15 mins and then smoke. Slowly and steadily, I am sure you will quit it and the will power of control and stopping it will grow more. This is how I made my bf stop smoking completely :D

That's not true. It's not for everyone but it's helped me a great deal. It's made to help you quit, and god knows I've tried everything. This is the only thing that has allowed me to stop tabacoo completely. The best on the market right now is the Joye510 starter kit. Goes for around $50.

It doesn't seem like it helps you quit, just lessens the effects of the smoke inhalation. But good for you for going in that direction. Hopefully you can eventually quit for good.

Almost every smoker can benefit from using nicotine replacement therapy. If you are pregnant or if you have heart or blood vessel problems, your doctor will be careful about giving you the nicotine patch or gum.

If you are a smoker don't use these e-cig, just make your best and stop smoking at all if you really want it. I was a smoker myself, tried these e-cig but got disappointed with them.

I don't really smoke much, but I have tried it once. It kinda seems like your sucking on plastic with nicotine.

E-cigs are useful if you're trying to quit. It worked for me and it can work for you as well. The Joye is the best on the market.

What kind of sensation do you get from smoking the e-cigs? It doesn't sound very appealing.

I'm all for e cigs. Although I have no intention of giving up smoking, I do use ecigs if I've been smoking heavily for a few days as it gives your lungs a rest. I'd definitely try them if i decide upon giving up but I might just tie myself to a chair and ride it out.
