Same Color Link Blending - Review Request

I would greatly appreciate anyone's comments and advice. This is an example of the way I have currently placed links along with Adsense on a site that I'm still working on.

I have placed an Adsense 336x280 ad unit in a table with content comprised of links. Both the ads and content links use the same color format.

On all pages there will be 3-4 links to the right of the ad unit. On some pages there will be many links below the the ad unit, and on others there will only be one or two like the example below.

Would this blending and placement violate the TOS any way in anyone's opinion? Are the content links distinctive enough as they are now? What suggestions can you give me?

they look fine to me as long as there is more content than just those two links underneath the adsense ads.

There will more a lot more information on the overall site, however on these index pages (for lack of a better word) there may just be a few links per category.

For ex:

On the goldfish page, I may have 5 links total, 3 to the right, 2 under the ad that lead to site articles or external sites.

On the tetra page, there may be 20 links. 3 to the right, 17 links under the ad.

On the mollie page there may be 10 links, 3 to the right, 7 links under the ad.

As I build information each should have a good amount eventually, but do you think they will have a problem with a few pages being sparse if the overall site has good content? There will be lots of articles/profiles/reviews on other pages.

Should I put smaller ads, or maybe no ads on the sparser pages?

well at least put a couple of links to articles on the pages, it should be fine then, but dont overdo the adsense on the sparse pages
