I think most of the internet user do not use social networking sites for making money because they already have lots of option for it. Even they use it for being connect with friends and intimate persons.

Sorry honey, there are none of such sites who will pay you for what you will be doing for your personal interests
Either you are promoting your own site or you are trying to get some more people to sign up as you had fallen for such a thing at the first place... lol !!!!
Either way, remember one thing, even if you make sales they will be accumulated under your own account on such sites and eventually the site admin might tell you to use these credits (not real money) for some gifts on the same site
