    Since I saw your post in a similar thread; its seems you may want a refund
    regardless when your expectations are not met. Your signups are guaranteed, what
    is not guaranteed is what they do after they signup; it is obvious that you are
    expecting much more then just a signup, if they do not do more, then you
    will no doubt want your money back.

    I do not know how or why this has leaked over into my thread but what I can provide is sign ups for 100% free to join type of things. If you have a question then you can send me a message. The sign up's I can provide are just that, sign ups there is no guarantee on how active they will be, as nobody can guarantee that.     I guess your gteed sign ups would be suitable vor a free zip and email sign up form
    But the traffic sign ups must be from the USA as offer thats an apple ipad2 free

    My leads are united states leads therefore best for united states offers. As far as email / zip submits those do count as sign ups but be sure your CPA network allows incentive traffic.
