    It's design structure is nice but difficult to proposed name for it and logo. if you added some logos sample then we would able to select one.

    I like it, very professional, simple navigation, decent sized type. One bit of constructive criticism: I would maybe lower the contrast or brighten the gradient a slight bit on the golden frame on the right, the black text above the bullet list could prove difficult to read on some badly adjusted monitors. Don't take that harshly, I'm just nit-picking like a client probably would.

    I think now it is quite ok and on real shape. you can move for further action and after 3 to five months of running top nav bar should be changed with colorful links.

    I like it, pretty ant light-weighted.
    But now, advertising banners are much much more impressive than your logo. Make it more memorable
