    Just out of fun I was trying to put a value on Kim Schmitz ever growing internet empire and my valuations (part of what I do) top the whole 'Mega' brand at around $1 billion.

    He owns Megaupload.com aswell as 15 other Mega brand site.

    Just thought it was pretty cool and worth a share that it's still possible for normal people to grow internet companies into the hundards of millions and even billions.

    Kim keeps a low profile, but from what I know he's living in New Zealand where dutch law enforcement can't touch him.

    This is the house he lives in, very nice pad indeed!

    I didn't know he had so many websites up and running, but I guess hard work pays of in the end.

    Well the guy is a bit of a crook, but it's mainly fraud. He is a crazy guy though. There's a video of him on youtube driving around a golf course in a car.
