    Sure this has been asked before, but rents change.

    I pay $543 a month inc bills for place with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, onsite gym, sauna, huge swimming pool and lots of sunny weather.

    Thats a cheap price for what you have got.

    I could buy a house outright myself as I sold my house after my house doubled in value within 16 months and banked a lot of cash! these days though, I prefer to rent as I get bored too easily and like to move around (I am living in Thailand right now).
