    I get a mail from appeals+jzsieer @ support.facebook.com saying the following :

I have never ever mailed anything to facebook or contacted the customer support for any issues. My account also is in a good standing position. Has anyone experienced such weird mails. I believe it has come from facebook, but might be an error :D

Yea, its either an error or someone is sending you SCAM mails on the name of Facebook
If you haven't contacted Facebook then you should just ignore this mail and i don't think you have to worry about it
Just to let you know, i haven't received any such mail from Facebook so far

Yea, right. Could be an error or a scam. Best thing to do is to ignore it anyway you don't think you have any security problem with your FB account and you are sure that there is no reason for FB to contact you. Also avoid clicking suspicious links even if they were posted by your friends.

    3 possibilities.
    1. Scam email.
    2. FB System error.
    3. Someone trying to send something on yr behalf to Facebook?

Most likely it's a scam. I almost click on the button some of the time cz it got mixed up with my normal mails.
