    I'm not using JDownloader. I don't download anything, I'm just uploader. Maybe you're banning not the IP, but whole range?

    So I have less downloads since 31 may, up to today.
    I know you have technical problems, but you should do something.

    You can see since 31th may the downloads are dramatically decreased. It should be around 100 as always, because I'm promoting my links every day. And you can see the number of downloads from 3rd May is... only 14.

    Look, the file was uploaded on 24th May. As you can see it was downloaded 1022 times, but on my statistics (look previous screenshot) sum/total of aren't even those 1022 downloads, and this is only one example file, I had much downloads of other files.

    Sorry to say, but after last changes, I mean the user have to download >1% of file (you should count it, because the user see the advertise one way or the other), the temperature/coins system, the design and any smaller/bigger changes the TurboBit fallen down in compare to other filehostings. Still the free users speed are terrible and daily download limit 25 GB is funny at this time. Sorry for bitter words, but I'm with you since first days and I see how it's going bad, year ago I eartned much with you, now it's funny in compare to other filehostings. But I wish you and me all the best, so I'm writing you this letter.

    PS. Don't know I chose good "Question Group", because it's in Russian language, so you should translate it into English.

    Yesterday I was unable to access the site for few hours. From my server I can access, so I think TB blocked me, maybe treat me as spam, don't know. But some friends have the same problem, and some don't have. The same problem was 2 days ago in past morning hours. I bet it's the one of reason why the downloads decreased drastically, because many people can't even connect to site. From Poland it was problem, from my Netherland VPS it was OK. It's very annoying. Look my IP and check I'm not blocked and tell what's going on?

    Why I can't withdraw only "Available for withdrawal" funds and can't withdraw all my money from account?

    Such funds holds because you have some earning from credit cards and PayPal account. Due to payment policy of most banks and PayPal system, they have apportunity to for chargeback funds for purchases made by credit card or Paypal. We hold such funds for 45 days to exclude our and partners incorrect earnings made by purchases and refunded lately to customers accounts. Also added hold period of 10 days for all purchases paid for via SMS, to reduce the amount of fraud.

    What does "Fraud/Refund" mean as payment Status?

    Status as "Fraud" means that mobile operator inform as that customer made fraud purchase and payment for such purchase will not transfer from customer account to mobile operator and from mobile operator to us as well. Such purchase takes into account at Purchase page, but doesn't take into account at profit columns and your money account. Status as "Refund" means sucsessful payment transaction, but also means money chargeback or refund from our account back to customers account. Such purchase takes into account at Purchase page, but doesn't take into account at profit columns and your money account as well.

    Status Active means that you can receive your money now.
    Status Hold means that you can receive your money after 45 (PayPal and credit cards) or 10 (SMS) day delay.

    But in both cases if in the future we find out that it was fraud, this money will be taken from your account.
