    which one do you prefer as sitemap? rss or gogle's sitemap format.

    i didn't use sitemap.

    i have only submitted rss .

    if it works then why not rss :), both for google sitemaps and for the rss feed users.

    I Use Google sitemaps protocol, only because the site dont have and\or need rss

    Use a Google SiteMap for Google as it is what they expect. Since Google has yet to indicate RSS is an acceptable format for anything I wouldn't be counting on it for anything.
