Thats scary and stupid movie.... yeah new coming parts ( SAw III ) will also released. I want to f**k thats halloween stranger whose fixes that death... dont know how scripter write thats type of movie?

Saw Saw at the cinema with my gf and we were so disappointed we went
straight back in to watch 'Hero'.

Thought Saw's dialogue was excruciating.

 

Hostel is also a "sick" movie

 

Is that a good movie, Viper?

 

The only movie I liked with Adam S. in it was The Wedding Singer.

 

This is an attempt to revive this thread.

I have read every single post and added all the movies that sounded interesting (Sorry, no Adam Sandler or ones where kids play video games at their Grandmas house)

Any more suggestions?

The Departed is one of the best movie of this year
But it hasn't released on DVD yet..

I love the saw series

 

Its funny you responded to the original post a few months ago since I have now seen all the ones on the list:


1: Munich - Great Movie
2: Wal Mart The High Cost Of Low Price - Pretty bad documentary. It was extremely one sided and very poorly presented
3: Napoleon Dynamite - Wasn't bad - It has a few funny parts but the gag kinda wore off after a while. I think I read too much hype as it was a decent movie and I might have had a different perspective had I not read a million times how good it was
4: Walk The Line - My favourite so far...One of the best
5: March Of The Penguins - I can't believe how popular that was. It wasn't even a great nature documentary compared to what is on TV
6: Saw - I already posted how much I really liked that film
7: King Kong 2005 - Two thumbs down...Like 3 hours too long. It was boring and I found myself hoping King Kong would just kill everybody. There are some cool special effects but not enough to save the movie

 

Yeah, i responded very lately, But i noticed this thread only some hours before

 

I saw Munich about a month ago, it was pretty confusing as I though it was actually about the siege rather than the events afterwards. I kept looking at the clock expecting the whole thing to be over in about 15 minutes!
Great movie in the end though.

If you've got a pretty sick sense of humour then watch The Ringer, it's very funny.

 

If you want violence and drugs watch city of god.

drama/romance: wicker park, vanilla sky

then there's memento, american beauty... those are both excellent


if you haven't seen any of those.. start there.

I'm more of a sick demented hoodlum/dysfunctional family movie genre lover.

American Beauty and Way of the Gun can be watched over and over.

eh... it was OK... if you're a big horror movie fan and you like cheesy comedy. If you don't enjoy that combo it's not for you..
