    it depends on what u want to create a video site which has episodes which u will embed from other sites or a video site in which u want to upload videos on your own server and for that u need to have ffmpeg hosting

    I've had some luck using Tubepress for this. Make sure you host your videos either at Youtube, Vimeo or on Amazon S3 service. This will reduce your overheads.
