I need advice

Can I run a advertising program on a site without register a company? Would customers leave me dut to that? Suppose it do provide unreplaceable solutions that they need.

I have get a idea about a unusual advertising program with a architecture can make cheat click/traffic almost impossible, can I application a patent for the format/architecture/idea if customers do find it's useful?

You are confusing registered company with public listed company. A private company like Digital Point is also a registered company. Registered company can be private, public, non-profit etc....
