    Hi everyone-My name is Frank

    Just submitted my site map on Octy-19 and resubmitted today-26
    Does google usually run a week or two behind on indexing?
    Another question-how does one acquire Page Rank-Just linking with other higher sites or based on content?
    Last question-is it a good thing to put main keywords in Product URL's, Link title tags, and Meta Titles? I would really appriciate any advice.
