    I would love to "sleep early at night, wake early, do exercise, feel good and healthy".
    However, I found working late at night is more peaceful.

    i WAS life in both day and night, i mean, sometimes i can stay from morning to the next morning without sleep. sometimes i stay from night to the night another day.....but lately, i prefer to be a daylight man :p work from morning till a bit late then go home and sleep :D

    During weekdays when I have no work - DAY
    During UNI/Work days - NIGHT
    Weekends - various

    Everything depends on the amount of free time, if I'm occupied with stuff I need to do I complete it and then arrange some more free leisure time (at the cost of night). If I have the time to sleep, I'd rather wake up early and enjoy the day
