No matter what topic it is, $1 for 500 words is a BIG SLAVERY not even A BIG PROJECT. It is a big project for you but not to the ones who will write for you. You would receive more compensation for yourself and not for the writers that would be hired.

I think you are getting too greedy for your own good except if you hire monkeys to work for you that should be fine. You are tearing down the foundation and reputation of writers and project owners alike.

It seems that you are running an article writing business and you wanted to get all the credit. This is too unfair for all the writers. What do you think of every article being done?

You have achieved your status here on DP but you don't deserve the title. According to the feedback scores that you have had in the past, you have provided articles too to your clients in 2009, so you should know how it feels if you would see this kind of job posting.

Are you willing to write, Mr. ramprop11, an article of $1 per 500 words if you would be applying for this one that you have just posted? or have you done the same thing in the past?

$1 may be nothing to you but ask people who live in Asian countries like Indonesia,India, Pakistan,Srilanka etc.When they convert $1 in their own currency, it means a lot to them.

I already have 10 writers in my team who I pay $1 per 500 words article. They are doing great job and delivering TOP Notch content since last 3 years.

Yes, the rate does not just suit me, but for everyone else who are looking for decent jobs that compensate a fair pay. Most SEO groups are now offering $1 for 100 as a standard rate for paying quality content. Considering that there are others who get to be paid for more than $5 for 500 words, with you getting more than 70% - 80% of the profit, I do not think it is fair. I just hope that you are not taking advantage of the poverty and economic state of other countries, just because $1 means so much to them.

Sorry to say, but $1 is not much, as you are trying to portray. Just because subcontinent writers are always in desperate mode, you people exploit them and this is brutal reality.

You actually make it sound like you are doing the "writers" a favor.This is really ridiculous and I'm confident that any writer worthy of that appellation will never fall prey to such ignominious antics.

 

This is not correct that the writers in India, Pakistan and other countries are willing to work for $1/500 words. Being an Indian, you should know that India is developing at a faster rate than any other place in the world. The reason to why the writers in your team are writing for $1 is that either they don't have access to the forums like this, or they don't have the knowledge about it. This is called exploitation in simple words.

 

I agree. In India I don't think that anyone can find a good writer at $1 for 500 words. Even the writers who don't know about copyscape are charging at least $2. Saying that Indian Writers are desperate for this rate is absolutely wrong. You can not compare India with Pak, Indonesia or other Asian country. Well, the price is nothing as per the standards in DP.

 

You better off re-writing existing articles for that budget, people working for $1 per 500 words original article are considered to be slaves and not workers. Slavery is illegal.

And usually, people invest huge in huge projects.

 

I am not interested in this job but would like to add that in Pakistan, even the beginners like to have around $3 to $4 per 500 words. May be you get some luck from the writers in Philippines not Pakistan or India

 

I would like to add that by hiring writers at these low wages, you're weakening the freelance market and undermining the higher rates through other companies and individuals. Basically, unique and incredible writing, (like what I'm about to show you) is devalued because of low paying, outsourcing folks such as yourself.

Save a few bucks and pay a real writer. You'll be impressed with what you get.

Actually I am simply amazed or those employers/content buyers who buy content from such middlemen... how can they not know when they are receiving $1 quality for content? What this middleman tries to do is to use numerous articles to attract writers but honestly, quality doesn't come in such a manner... I really feel like I am watching a movie on slavery.

It is sad if some of the Filipino workers are working at this rate. As far as I know, many Filipino writers are now writing for their fellow Filipino freelancers at a rate five times that what is being offered here. 

Writers accepting rates like this do not have any idea about the article marketing market.. 

 

I would REALLY love to see some sample work from his so called writers that are accepting 1 dollar for 500 words.

 

Don't bother seeing a sample. It's an eyesore for sure.

 

I am a Filipino and one of my clients even pay me $30 for a 500 word article. So why should I work for someone paying as low as that. Not because we came from Asian countries it means that we are not well versed in the English language. Don't treat as your slaves just because we are Asian. Sometimes we are even better in the English language than other native English countries so its not right for us to be discriminated.
