It could probably be marketed as a very popular cult website, but I don't think its worth 1m :)

It has a pr6 already. Not a million, but certainly worth a good amount. Very marketable on many levels.

Edit: Damn. I posted in a thread whose only reason is a link to the OP's own site. Damn.

I don't see any good ways Hell.com can be used. Maybe for a movie series? I don't know lol.

I'm wondering whether domains will retain there value like they have. The reason being people that are new to the internet and have not been around it for 10+ years like myself, don't really know that .com was the main domain symbolic of most domains. Now even large companies don't always use the .com address. So in seeing this in 10 years from now will people type in the .com thinking that is the best one for the item they are looking for. When we have .co.nz .com.au .co.uk etc; will people just not care that it is .com and just type the domain thinking that it is an equally important domain.

The registered and developed domains that are out there like tennis.com will of course be worth money because they have a branded built business.

Basically to sum up, I find new internet users don't care that it is .com. Therefore making it of less worth down the track.

of course this could be wrong and like most things in life hell.com probably will sell fore 50mil in 10 years time.

The marketing will be easy - what is a more popular place to tell someone to go?

    "Go to Hell!"

Hell.com could've sold for $1MM but I think the reserve was over $2MM.

Hell.com was owned by a group seemingly offering very high-profile blackhat information services, which were well-hidden from the average surfer
