    Once you are subscribed, you follow people and you earn points by following them. Those points are then used for other people to follow you. Everytime someone follows your twitter account you lose a point.

    Are you sure its not an automated software? i still think the best way to increase your twitter followers is to post interesting information, follow people, tweet at them and ask them to follow you back. I also want to know if after joining twitain, can one unsubscribe?

    It is basically twitter exchange program where you earn credit by following others and your credits are being used to gain more followers.

    Twitter never allow any automated process to increase the number of followers. You may check the TOS of twitter.

    It's quite easy, you just follow accounts that are interesting to you (or a potentional opportunity) and hope that they will value the compliment enough to return the favor.
