As said before, you are best off building a website. If you buy one then your earnings are limited to what it is already earning as you wont have the skills to build it up. By building a website you can far surpass this.

 

So you are telling it's easier to make money when starting a site from scratch than with a site that already has earnings? I think it is way faster to improve earnigs of a existing site as in both cases you will need money and skills to improve.

No I am not, if you could understand an English sentence this would be clear to you. I said that if you build a site from scratch you will posses the skills you need and skills you don't need to be able to surpass $100 a month in adsense earnings.

If you are a complete newbie start reading in the forums to get some foundation, and then think about launching a product.
Since you have $1000 to invest you can outsource the product creation and focus on promoting it.

So with that being said invest in your education first and take small actionable steps on the information you learn.

for 1000 bucks you will buy website that makes about $100 a month. No one will give you a website for 1000 $ that makes huge money. Not worth it spending all your money on one domain.
