    Be yourself, not everyone is going to like you. In today's world it has become easier to be disliked than liked and that is either something you cna live with or beat yourself up over while trying to change it. If someone doesn't like you, that's their problem, not yours.

    Perhaps it's more constructive to discuss what you can so that people don't dislike you? And then use that at as a basis for self improvement.
    What about those people that always talk about themselves and then they don't listen to what anyone else has to say?
    I don't like that very much.
