    Some folks have their "rituals" before going to bed. One common one I've seen with a lot of my lady friends is that they like to fall asleep with the TV on after going to bed.

    I totally don't get it. It doesn't work for me at all. Maybe because I'm a guy and perhaps it only works with women.

    All that light in your eyes and tv noise drives me nuts. :p

    What about you?

    Do you like to fall asleep with the TV on also?

    I fall asleep in front of the tv all the time.It is such normal behavior for me that I presumed everyone did.

    Yes! I know its not good but unless I'm physically exhausted I just can't drop off, I need the TV to gradually tire my eyes then its zzzzz.

    I used to fall asleep with the radio on and not the tv, but these days, don't listen to radio, and have fallen asleep with the tv on but maybe it was due to fatigue after a long run.

    When you guys fall asleep with your TV on, do you at least set your TV to 'sleep' mode, or just waste electricity?


    I usually fall asleep in the cinema, must be due to all the terrible movies coming out lately.
