    That was exactly my question a few months ago. I ended up starting (and selling for a profit) teensin.biz and thejokeforum.info. You want a niche you have knowledge in yourself and one that interests you. Jokes, illegal downloads (warez), business, farming, veganism etc.

    Start a forum with whatever excites you, this way you will stay motivated. my is in health care since I am a nurse, and in internet marketting since i am passionate about earning online. Hope this helps

    As per my opinion, In what niche, do you have a good knowledge as well as more interest? I f you think that I've a good knowledge about dating niche then start with dating forum!!

    Dating, weight loss or money making forums do work well, however, if you have interest in some micro niche, it would be a good way too. Many people like to be regular members of the sites they are interested in.

    I guess a forum that is someone can relate and have a lot of interest on it. Though you might choose forum that is low in competition as there a lot of forums popping up nowadays, if you get what I mean.

    Any way every one is helping you here very well,, I would say what type of subject you are interested to talk about all the time and find out others are interested in the same subject.. Make a list of it and choose good one from it..
