    I really need to register a domain in 3 hours MAXIMUM, It's a really good domain that i just found but the problem is that i have no money on PayPal or any other online payment processing systems. What do i do and is there anyway to get it for free?

    You can't. What you can is .co.tv, not .tv. And this .co.tv domain is not indexed by google anymore.

    I found a website yesterday and I did some offers for a couple of hours and I did get the .tv domain, which was free besides the time spent earning it ^^ so it is possible to get a "free" .tv domain online, That's interesting to know lol.

    maybe there is not free .tv,but you can try some free .info domain..
