    I don't think they are paid. Most of the forums mods are volunteers IMO.

    We are paid by number of infractions issued. One infraction $10, infraction resulting with ban $15. In a good day, say with 100 infractions = S$1000, 20 infractions resulting in bans S$300, that will be $1300 a day. For me I do a 5 day week, but I heard that those working weekends and Over Time gets even more!

    I think you must be on a different payment tier to me. My hours probably extend into over time more often that yours do, but it's odd that my infraction payment rate is so much higher than yours (more than double).
    Unless it's a sliding scale based on the amount of infractions that are issued?

    There is one mod on here that is being overpaid.He regulates "Politics and Religion" forum.I believe this guy is targeting me.I've now received 3 infractions from this guy.There are posts 10X worse then mine that get a free pass.But because I am a woman this mod doesn't like my "attitude".All 3 of my infractions were given to me at the same time so I now know who the mod is.If this guy doesn't like aggressive outspoken women them my time here on DP will be short.Why doesn't he just ban me outright and get it over with?
