    Eat! there are lots of weight gain powders that can do the job, check GNC. You should multiply your weight in kg by about 22 to calculate the daily intake in calories you needed for maintenance of your current size, then try to exceed that intake each day. Weight train to gain lean muscle mass, as the muscle added to you frame will be heavier or denser than fat, and will help prevent the extra calories you eat from being stored as fat.

    Eat several times a day rather than just eating 3 heavy meals. And sleep at night and wake up in morning. :)

    Eat MEAT. Add some eggs and a little carb. But ultimately, you must eat a lot of meat. I suggest at least 1 pound a day.

    Lift weights in the gym, and try to eat more calories. Maybe you need more protein in your diet too :)

    Frankly speaking as I can see that you are from India, you dont have to do something different to increase the weight, just keep eating food in the restaurants every day. The oil and gas which lot of restaurants use will automatically make you fat :)

    My weight is not constant.. it gets lower then appear to be increase for a while and then goes low again.

    Consult a gym instructor, he can help you in a better way. Taking natural source of protein and doing exercise in gym can affect a lot.
