Does God exist?

There is only one God Allah CC
And Allah CC exists.

There are tons of clues that Allah CC exists ...
And Allah CC begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
Allah CC has no son .
And Jesus (Peace be upon him) is one of precious prophet messenger of ALLAH CC

 

I thought the usual peddling technique of the Christians was that he suffered so we don't have to? No? Besides, many people , children especially, did not commit any mortal sins they were supposed to be punished for ( never worked on Sundays, never had sex out of marriage, etc )
Anyhow, millions of people had died on the cross and millions of people had died way more gruesome executions than that. So what's so big of a deal about it?

 

Without a Creator, there can be no real meaning or purpose in life and therefore just doing anything seems pointless. (imho)

 

suffering, sickness comes from the result of sin. man sinned and so the wages of sin is death!

hell was established for justice. I mean in the afterlife the good folks who followed Jesus, won't be sharing heaven with tyrants like Stalin, Mao, Hitler, etc..

 

He suffered so we don't have to suffer AFTER DEATH in hell. Here on earth we will suffer.

Christ suffered to pay for your sins and redeem you from hell; isn't that the greatest love of all?

These were signs that He was the Messiah prophesied in jewish texts; and yes God is a loving father but He can get angry with sin and sometimes takes action for our good, He punishes us because He loves us; kind of like when your parents punish you because they love you.

Allegedly, my dear friend, allegedly resurrected. Besides , if he was a god ( a fraction of the god, or whatever) how he could have become dead in the first place? What makes you think he was not immune to the suffering? Gods can do all kinds of stuff. Allegedly.

 

What kind of bullshit is this? Do you believe in God's plan or not? If yes, than everybody who had ever sinned did so because God wanted them to, so what kind of a sadist he is to punish people for doing his bidding. And what about them babies that get raped, tortured, burned alive, etc? What did THEY do?

 

Your hell was established for eternal punishment and your God banishes you from his LOVE.

Words like... You will burn in hell pretty much shows that God loves you and that he burns you later on if you're naughty.

And killed the people who crucified him? Greatest love? YEAH.....riiiggghhtt.

If God created humans, why did he created sin?

 

We have a justice system here where law abiding citizens are free, and bad, law breakers go to jail.
Similarly: God will separate the sheep (good) from the goats (bad). which one do you want to be? a sheep or a goat (note that there is no middle ground). you decide where you will spend eternity (heaven or hell) according to your decision on what you want to be in this life.

One must take responsibility; its not wise to take the approach of a little spoil brat who wants to behave bad, yet feels he deserves the love of God.

 

I do not believe god exists however I won't dispute the possibility of a higher being. Religion in my opinion is just a generation of families feeding their younger kids like mindless drones which carries on into the next generation and so forth. I also absolutely am disgusted by the argument of Heaven and Hell. Surely if you are a good person and possibly better than some believers, that person has a higher opportunity to go to heaven rather than the guy who believes however is a less decent person?

God will not send you to hell, YOU choose to go to hell by rejecting Christ as your savior and by living a sinful life.

No, He forgave them: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do..."

God did not create sin, God created FREE WILL but man corrupted it and made sin from that. If man chooses to use his free will for evil, he will be punished. If he chooses to use it for good, he will be rewarded.

 

Merciful for those who repent and go back to Him.

What would happen to a Buddhist monk who hasn't committed any crime his entire life and has been a good member to his community after death? Would he still go to hell?

You are just like everyone else. You are sorry to the person you did wrong to. Why be sorry to a higher being?

Can't you repent when you actually see christ? Because then you will know for sure that he does actually exist. I find it stupid that people can believe in what I perceive to be nothing and wonder why I should follow the same rules. I hear people preaching and saying this and that, but where exactly did that information come from? It came from MAN. God didn't write the bible... MEN did. What if they were wrong? What if they misinterpreted what they "thought" they heard? ... Who is to say what they said is actually true?
