Not listen enough. If there’s anything that will help you in social media marketing, it’s knowing how to listen. You need to keep your ears (or eyes) open to what the public says of you. From there, you get a general idea of how people would react to what you might say or do. You may even get ideas on what you can do to attract more followers.

 

Yeah I would have to agree that in order for social media to be effective you have to set clear goals as to what you would like to achieve with social media, then measure the results and see what's effective and then change your approach accordingly.

If the social media strategy is used in a wrong way, then there is a possibility to fail, but to be able to use it for better exposures in the market, and you must possess the passion in the social media industry in order to become effective.
