    Hello everyone,
I have a website to put online but i am confused in choosing a reliable hosting provider..
    My requirments are..

    Atleast 5GB of web space.
    70 to 100GB monthly bandwidth
    PHP,Perl,MYSql
atleast 6 websites i can host on single account..

Please guide me if you have any ideas...

I have these in my list.. also advise me about them, if they are ok or not

    1. Hostgator
    2. Godaddy
    3. 1and1

    Thanks

Hostgator is by far the best on that list to me. I had them for a long time and was great.

I think it depends on the type of support you're looking for. I find if you go with a smaller hosting company you will be treated on a much more personal level which can be good especially if you're growing with the company.

I like iPowerweb it is very easy to you and you get a ton of bandwidth for 7.95 a month.

Yeah i'd vouch for HostGator too, just joined them the other day for a site+domain, my tip; use Google and search for 'hostgator coupons', i found one site with a $9.95 off coupon which effectively got me the domain free for this year :D

according to your requirements, I'd suggest bluehost, not hostgator $10 plan... bluehost is more tolerant towards higher bandwidth usage than HG.

Yes, HG is also good...if you want you can avail the offer in my sig below...

Wow a lot of good plugs for hostgator. I have sites at radiant, verio, and 1and1. I'm very happy with 1and1, but would rate their phone support as B+ at best. For my next round of sites, I'll definitely give hostgator a look at.

I'm using hostgator as my main provider and by far is the best host I tried.

Also, I'm running a deal on my site http://www.thechosenlink.com
If you buy through my affiliate link (and the commision is confirmed), you get $50 of advertising credit on the site that you will get back over time.

    Hello Mani,

Host Gator seems to be great for many. I can offer you big discounts if you decide to go with them. I have just sent you a PM letting you know the details, so please reply if you need more information.

    Best of luck.
