    I was hired by a member here t write a 2500 essay. He told to pay me once I give the essay. I gave him the essay and now he is saying that he is having problems with paypal. Also he has asked me to wait for a week till his teacher gives grades for the essay. i have all he screen shots of gtalk. I would like to know what should I do now? Should I sell the essay here in DP? If I do so, he will get failed in the essay. Any suggestions.

    Which would be why I would out him as quickly as possible. His essays should be done by him or else his "studies" are fraudulent.

    I've never been in your position because I never write articles for people and secondly, I would never send someone ANYTHING without payment first or at least guarantee of payment (via escrow).

    Perhaps this works for established members and not newbies like me. One more thing I would like to know that if I put the screen shots proving that he is not paying, can he get banned from this website? Or does a ban requires 3-4 complaints from different members.

    you can not make a deal correct, it is your fault. If he is such a cheap guy, you should withdraw your deal with him, a surely give him a -ve itrader.

    We don't get involved in those types of disputes. There are other agencies that deal with broken contracts and disputes.

    In New Zealand we have the disputes tribunal which is probably only useful if the dispute is with someone in NZ. Its all part of the risks when you work internationally like this. You weigh them up when you make that business decision and you do your homework so that you know how to protect yourself before you start. You did that, right?

    I wonder if you could put it up for auction! The scammer would have then outbid to ensure that the essay could not be used by others.

    He has agreed to pay by the end of this week. And a good news for him is that he got passing grades with the essay. Lets wait till the Saturday.
