    Looking at the content and layout of the site's source code, I think it's safe to assume it's WordPress.

    It is not Wordpress. It looks like they are using a custom CMS, not one you could got out and just find yourself. I didn't see anything within the HTML or the JS file that handles the content that provides a reference to a branded CMS.

    1) http://www.freewpthemes.net/wp-login.php gives you a 404
    2) Use wappalyzer.com

    Install wappalyzer addon in your firefox and it will show you all the cms or scripts anywebsite uses. And freewpthemes.net is not using any free or paid cms so means they are using a custom cms.

    1. doesn't prove anything. There are WP plugins to hide those.
    2. I'm not sure how accurate this can be.

    It looks like wordpress to me as well. There is no proof except they give WP themes, all the html tags are named like default WP structure, but there's no hard evidance that it's Wordpress. But I'd still say it's 90% wordpress. If not, hand coded.
