A kind warning to DP users,

Hey DP,

Thought i should pop my head in i'm a long time lurker never bothered to post till now.
I would like to give a warning about a lame scammer. (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2354803)
This user has been going around different webmaster forums scamming people for money and whole websites.
And well it's time to put a stop to him.

This scammer try's to make you feel guilty when buying from him so you go first DO NOT EVER DO THIS!
Once you have given him the money/website/etc he will go offline and you loose your stuff.
He also claims to be the owner of big websites i.e Digitalpoint/Wjunction/V7N/Freshwap/Heroturko/Etc.
He is not this is just a trap to make you feel safe.

Another thing this scammer does is say his "brother" is really scamming this isn't true it is him.
And he also likes to claim he died in a car crash. (lol)
He also likes to pretend to accept money for charity's again this all a lie to get you to give him money.



Hope i've helped DP members be warned about this lowlife, Just please remember to be on the lookout with new users or users with low feedback etc.

Yeah, i must be a scammer that hasn't bought or sold anything on DP, Infact i'm such an evil scammer i started returning peoples money YOU took. You must be a f**king genius i'ma go call bill gates see if he can offer you a job without scamming. OH, wait. Won't happen.
And fyi i joined in march 2010 been here over a year.

Techfan, it takes a lot of courage to post on memebership sites about rogue traders and scammers. We all need these guys kept out. To many of us we are proud and honest members of DP who when we sell something it is most likely to be of great benefit to the buyer and perhaps at a fraction of what it would cost elsewere. So well done, I for one support your inititiative and quite frankly so did DP Admin, as they banned the dodgey trader.

Wow well thanks a lot for the warning, I seem to recognise a few of those emails/sites, I think I might have got spam or email of some sort at one time or another.
I'm glad he's banned from here at least!
