I don't think there is any host that just offers cron jobs. Never heard of that before. However, there are many hosts out there that do offer cron jobs. You could always just go with one of them.

If your current host will not help you with some simple cron jobs, then maybe it is time to evaluate what you are getting for your money. Most hosts out there will help you with this stuff. I agree with WSWD about never hearing about a host just offering cron jobs.

As has already been said, there isn't any such thing as a host that only handles 3rd party cron jobs. I have never heard of one anyway. Your only choice is going to be getting another hosting plan somewhere and either just use the cron jobs there, or transfer your entire site to them.

Yeah, I never heard of such a service and I never heard of paid host that doesn't offer cron jobs it's embedded with cpanel, if you use cpanel you should be able to create and manage cron jobs. Do you know what control panel you're using? Also, who's your host?

Cron jobs from a 3rd party likely wouldn't work anyways, you'd have to replicate the data in some way or use a remote database to do the work on the server where the actual site is hosted (unless the cron is used to perform tasks to something unrelated to that site, or unless the cron job is using a wget/curl command to simply call a PHP script on a daily basis for example, then in those cases this would work).

It seems that you are using hosting services from some FREE webhost who may prevent you from such basic need. All genuine/reliable hosting provider will always provide you with the facility of setting up required Cron Jobs/Scheduled Task as a supported features.
