Why don't you write a detailed response to the above HERE, from what I can tell, its currently not looking like OP is in the wrong at all..

 

not sure what you mean by OP??? and where is here? on this thread? i hate to have to get into an ongoing discussion with this person because he also posted on a number of other forums and we would have to do the same there and it would take up all our valuable time. the bottom line is that we offered him his money back and we offered to talk to whatever other party thinks their design was stolen because we have proof that we paid for it and we can state the programmer that created it for us. So unless all the parties get together and determine when this template was created and one can prove they had it before the other (which i think might be hard), then it's really impossible to prove. it IS possible the programmer we hired scammed us, but we would need proof that we, in face, weren't copied from by the other party. There are always 2 sides to an issue and to see us slammed by someone without all the facts is just not right. We've been doing this for 12 years without one other complaint ever so I know what we are dealing with here.

 

Until this is resolved with all parties, we have taken this design down. Would the person/company who thinks they have the original design, please get in touch with us via email or phone so that this can be resolved finally.

not sure what you are saying here.. are you claiming to be the owner of the template?? and if so, could you please send us proof.. we will send you proof that we paid for it a few years ago.

 

BTW, there is no need for all the anger. You could have just contacted us and we could have worked this out and found out who is the real owner without having to slander us on here. As i'm sure you are aware of the penalties for Slander here in the USA. We would gladly take this down and pursue legal action against the person who sold it to us, if you are indeed correct.
