    A friend of mine has a 660k fanpage, really active, music niche..but we don't know what to do with it..
    We are unsure whether to sell or keep..

    Rather than selling it, better to keep it and market your things around there. You are telling that its really active then why to sell it. I believe that you can do better with the page.

    If you're gonna keep it make sure you don't spam it too much. Ensure that any links are related to your niche and you'll be fine. IMO whenever I see someone spamming a page I press the unlike button since I don't want to be spammed with links.
