This is a "scam". You do not get unlimited traffic as you expect. Right after I had bought this I had noticed something was odd, and I asked him to give me a refund. But he refused. It has been about a week now, and his service is giving less than 50 visitors a day. Not UNLIMITED. Even if it was around 1-5k a day, then that would be acceptable. Do not buy anything with this guy. You will not get the traffic you want and will end up being scammed. Also my hunches tell me that he is a reseller of Jumpvine.com.

We pay for the campaigns to be delivered immediately after you pay us. Once the campaigns are up and running we cannot cancel the campaign from the supplier. We offer unlimited delivery and do not cap any campaigns. If you think we're going to dump thousands of untargeted visitors to your site then your expectations are unrealistic and presumptuous. We only offer refunds if we cannot setup your campaign or deliver traffic to your site for any reason, not because you think something may be "odd". Unique sites with quality content always get more traffic than affiliate links. That is what you should expect.
