    Hi!
I saw that several bloggers use one year old domains, but they start posting few months ago. After they register domain they are not published anything in that site, after one or two years left they start posting. So why do they doing that kind of thing?

The main purpose to use the older domain is to get rank faster as Google give priority to older domains.

Its proven that old domains are better indexed and are much better in Google eyes rather the new ones. An old domain proves Google that you still want to blog. :)
Lately I've seen many webmasters registering domains for 5 years, to prove google their intention of keeping the business...its a criterion of evaluation for your website...

Nothing to be worry. They just started doing activity after one year of domain registration, so what in it to be suspicious. It is nothing to do with SEO.

It may be because of the domain name has the good keyword and it has many backlinks before he buy the domain name. As the backlinks are very helpful in achieving good PR (page rank) as we all know that.

From someone that actually does this (rather than a dozen people who are guessing)......

I buy domains regularly that I like or think I can make use of. I dont necessarily have time right now to develop all of the domains I own but, I'm still going to want to buy domains that attract me when I see them. It may take me a year or more before I get time to develop a domain, or even longer. I dont keep domains so they can 'age' for seo purposes and having done this for years, I dont agree that there is any real benefit of aging domains, for seo purposes -some older domains are indexed quickly yet some brand new domains are indexed just as quickly, I dont experience that it makes much difference how old the domain is. I sometimes think that the whole 'buy an old domain, its better for seo' myth was started by people that wanted to sell their aged domains and by telling inexperienced people that aged domains are better, they increase the prices of their old domains and make more money :).
