and Turbobit blocking JDownloader ....its joke? who is happy?

speed : problems (even tragic - another hostings have a speed on free account faster than turbobit premium)

il you have so long problems with speed download why you dont return money?

I can't get them to respond to my emails either i want a refund i had my account for 3 days then they blocked my country USA and I can't download from them now.

 

i have much problems with browser upload with mozilla. most uploads stop at 95%, and the remote direct upload from oron not work. ftp not work. i write the support since more then 4 days and no answer. what is the problem with turbobit?????

this one is the worst so far.

1. they dont respond any tickets, skype or icq.
2. their web site goes down continuously,
3. free user speed is very slow,
4. download page has lots of ads,
5. remote upload has a bug which makes it unusable because of the hanged connections,
6. download and view statistics are not correct.
7. 45 days money hold
8. if your temperature drops 0 they dont let you upload. (this is what i have heard i am not sure)
9. They dont allow US IP.

so if you tthink using them beware what i wrote and accept your fate.

Now we waiting for answer , especially WHEN will be fixed,
not "We working , bla , bla..., we hope so ...." but when!
Couple days we will be waiting , and if nothing fixed .... we just live that hosting ...sorry
Looks like a lot of people live that hosting.

all night and day to this moment upload its big problem , cant finish upload file , serwers dont answer ....
from couple days my premium not work on JDownloader , becouse :
"Turbobit blocking JDownloader" so I cant tell how fast is speed download , maybe is even 40 kbps !
From two weeks turbobit wants fix .... but we see...
Looks like all problems will be in the future and not will be better ....
How long waiting?
I think to the end of this week .
After this week if nothing will be fix , I'll take another hosting.
I think if hosting cant fix couple problems in three weeks dont have a future and no hope for good work.
