Turbobit.net file hosting service official thread

Just got a months premium turbobit and it seems slow as hell downloading using IDM(100KB-200KB on a 10mb connection),is it the download manager making the downloads slow or is tubobit really sucks.

Also tried using flashget and firefox built in browser but still crappy slow speeds,

anyone else got this problem.....

 

For 4-5 Pages I asks one thing only, Anyone Gotta Payment by them??? But my voice felt in deaf ears.

 

no answer on my messages (5 messages) since 12 days

 

What's this about Turbobt & hitfile not available in USA? anyone experiencing that. help

 

They have blocked US downloads due to recent shutdown of megaupload site.

 

Support Turbobit : did You stop blocking JDownloader?

I don't understand how counting of "unique downloads" works.

This is the screen from my profile, file was viewed 77 times, and downloaded 62


But in the "downloads" only 2 is counted


I can't believe that those 60 ip's downloaded from my account in the last 24h.
Is someone who can explain this?

We do not endorse the use of JDownloader. Use other download manager.

A unique download is a download through one IP. This means that if someone downloads 10 your files through one IP in 24 hours, those downloads will be counted as one download. To have 10 downloads, you need 10 people to download your file.

 

Yeeach.... but 2 month ago , 3 month ago , year ago yours working with JDownloader was ok. Long , long time....was ok!
And now?
A lot of hosting cooperation good with JDownloader , and I must have moore programs , moore problems etc... becouse Turbobit dont wanna do what is better for customers...

Yes, anyone can understand what a "unique download" means, but you didn't answered my question. 62 downloads and only 2 "unique" - that's just wrong cause i've posted that file on a forum where never posted before, so...you are not calculating right - that's my problem.

I want finish download , but other download manager have trouble with turbobit too...
even if start download speed on premium is 40 -60 kbps , like always - another hostings have a faster free download
a loot files I cant download , even in upload is ok.

I have requested twice to cancel my premium subscription but still no response from them. It has been more than 10 days from the first request and they just don't want to act on it. Nevermind that the FAQ on how to cancel is completely useless (anybody actually received the plimus.com email providing info on the issue?).

 

Not unique downloadings could be from a breakaway of downloading or not successful attempts download a file.

The given section, is temporarily disconnected because of loadings on the server.
