I want to talk to moderators as I want to complain about a buyer so pleas tell me how to reach the moderators of this design section.

 

You have delivered me absolutely crap and you are claiming about negative itrader? good luck. you set me up - i have received from you work 20mins before my meeting with my client and the animation i have received i total crap. most likely portfolio you have showed me is fake as the work you have done for me is a way poor than you have in your portfolio. Moreover - I have paid you for that crap.

Guys stay away from working with this "designer". Who is interested i can send animation that was delivered from bestwriter

 

Neither the work is fake nor it is of low quality because no one else has ever complaint about me. It is you do not know what all things you should tell a programmer. Your messages indicate that you have hundred times said that I should give you a positive ITRADER or else you will give me negative and you finally did that. This man is mentally disturbed and should be thrown out of the community.

 

I have asked to Flash intro that could be put on company site not the crap that to be thrown in recycle bin. And I paid for it. Your rating and you story is fake. In rating you are talking about me changing demands that is totally not true. I gave very direct instructions what i need. And I said I need good animation done in flash. You have delivered shit done in 10mins with swish.

Yes, I guess if I have received positive itrader from you I could forget about that all and leave it as it is.

 

When did you told me that you need the flash animation in more than 900 width? You told this just 4 hours back. Am I right my dear? And other sellers please beware about this mentally disturbed person. He tried to send ITRADER rating 5 times so someone tell this guy that he is only wasting his time uselessly. Regarding blackmailing, I can post all your messages here that will show that how you were compelling to me give positive ITRADER. Moderators can also see his activities so I request the DP community to throw mentally disturbed person out of the community.

So what i need i gave him on Feb 21st. He said 2 days. On Feb 23rd he said that he will need one more day to complete that till morning Feb 24th. On Feb 24th morning nothing was ready. And I have received it only in the evening when I had meeting with my clients. That animation was part of the project but I could not show it - it was very crappy work (you can see screenshot of it, sorry cannot attach swf file here)

 

Please dont post the wrong information here. Accept that you were blackmailing me to get positive ITRADER and when I asked you to participate in any of my post so that I can rate you using that post then you rated me negatively. This is true. I request moderators to do justice please and please throw this mentally ill person out of this community.

Blackmailing is what you do. Fake itrader on my page from you says "so either post positive or you will get negativ". Haven't you written it? That is what is called blackmailing.

I am not doing any blackmailing, it is what you are doing. Who said that give me positve or I will give you negative? It was you who said this and not me. Who has posted 5 times negative ITRADER? It is you and not me. You may have time to keep on posting messages here but I do not have that much time so I am leaving this war now and I hope DP staff will do the justice and will save me as well as other users who may fall prey to your desires. Finally, if someone wants to see what I have send then tell me and I will show what I have send.

Ok i'll admit I read this for fun but for what it's worth that animation screenshot looks pretty lousey to me.

And iTrader wise you did clearly give clear instructions to him that don't look to be well followed. If you paid him alot then I think you have a fair grievance if it was a $20-40 job then what did you expect!

 

Why am i not fkin surprised that the selller is from India? Why does people even buy from users from India? It's the worst thing you can ever do on the Internet. I've learnt that after 5-6 different services bought from Indian people, that have all ended up in a mess and delivered in low quality no matter what i bought. They doesn't read what you write, and they copy-paste the same fkin messages to 45 different users hopong that someone will answer.

Sorry, Nose you are blaming all the Indians and that is not the good thing. Maximum of DP users are from India only.

 

It's not without a reason that people use the word "Indian-quality". Of course, not ALL indians are the same, but i have NEVER bought from someone from India who actually did what he stated he would do and with the stated quality, neither did they read the descriptions i sent them.

It was more and his offer was the most expensive from all I have received. It was not about the money, it was about time and quality.

 

i really hate, in general with working with any designer from any country or race, that some designers can't seem to understand what they deliver and what the customer expects are usually two different things.
if the buyer feels a design is not to his liking than the designer should accept that! it's a matter of taste and opinion and ultimately it's the buyer of the design who determins if the quality is good. geez, deisgners should learn to take critisism.

 

I don't agree. Better to say not completely. Design is matter of taste. In this case we are talking about quality - there is no design completely. There is totally nothing to discuss - no design. My clients not always accept design I do for them but they accept quality I deliver.

 

I fully agree. This is why you are one of my clients. . I can accept criticism, and never mind making any revisions.
