As the main purpose of the Payoneer card is to receive payments from your partner/affiliate account, yes, you would be required to receive at least (1) payment before you can begin receiving private loads.

It depends on your partner - not all of our partners offer the LBT service. Which partner are you signing up with? I will check if they have it.

This may be the reason you can't sign up for LBT - if it's the same partner, you have already signed up, so you won't see a link to sign up for the LBT service. The card can take up to 28 business days to arrive, which is around 6 weeks. You can already ask for the payout and the funds will wait for you until you activate your card and you will be able to withdraw them immediately.

Not only does this support India but it is great for the Indian market. You have the ability to get paid in rupees, it is quicker, cheaper (only 5.95 for India) and without the hassle that comes with other forms of payments.

Contact customer support to resolve your issue. I have requested Payoneer debit card and received the card which were associated with Odesk after some days of requesting.

 

As mentioned here, if you have any questions regarding your oDesk card application, please contact our customer support department and they will be more than happy to assist you.

What about united arab emirates ? I swear you get many users if you started bank transfer to my country.

 

Currently, at this this time we do not support LBT to UAE, but I will pass on this request. You can order a Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card if you would like.

 

Payoneer accept coustomers from europe without ssn ?

 

We only require a SSN for US residents (applying for an account with a US billing address). Non-US applicants need only provide a government issued ID.
