Outsourcing to India, when will western customers wake up?

I see you answer your question . Greed and , lack of patriotism and ignoring quality is the reason for mass outsourcing to low level economies .

 

I personally, wouldn't outsource anything unless they are within in the state. Just understand, if the price point is super cheap, and obvious, its usually a sign of lack of quality and efficiency.

Question should be, is this a proper outsourcing or another out tasking. Outsourcing is a on going relationship with incentives to assure quality performance and leveraging. I think being cheap about anything is just out tasking.

 

There are plenty of pros and cons to outsourcing overseas, but if you think about it, you're contributing to a shift in the balance of wealth in the world.

People are learning new skills, improving them, and are now able to provide for their families and create entirely new industries.

It shouldn't only be about caring for people in our own country, but caring for all people.

 

That is a load of bull . People from the countries you outsource to see you as a stupid bag of money and nothing more . The Western world has outsourced a lot of manufacturing to China . In exchange China build more nuclear missile and it's aiming them at the West . The only thing that China gave to the West is cyber espionage .

Caring for tall the people work only if all people care for each other which they don't . India is building nuclear submarines dreaming of becoming a major superpower and that's thanks to the tons of cash they received from outsourcing .

The only pro of overseas outsourcing is that you'll be able to sustain growth more easily in the very short term . In reality you're removing money from your own economy cash depleting your market and making your own nation poorer .

 

Your pessimistic view equates people to their governments. As we all know, they are not the same thing.

The golden rule and all that applies here: be the change to you wish to see in the world.

It's possible to care about who you work with, regardless of their location and/or nationality.

 

Well do that with your own family, feed others before your own, that's very good attitude.

 

Really the golden rule ? Here's one for you if you where to apply the golden rule then China should buy as much as they sell . India should have the same trade balance and outsource balance . Right now the balance is grossly in favor of the countries receiving th outsourced jobs so according to the golden rule the West should reverse the trade balance for the next 30 years .

The fact is that India and China are defending their economies trough brutal trade laws and have no interest to see the nations their trading with prosper . All they do is take take take take and give back scraps . That's not equal trade that is simply a ripoff a ripoff so prolonged and so severe that it caused the massive economic crisis .

I completely agree with you on this one. I hate the spam I get from SEO companies, and usually most are from Indians. And, hey I am an Indian too.

But, at the same time I would like to clarify that most of this spam that we get is from the newly started SEO firms and amateurs who have zero or no clients.

The top firms would never ruin their reputation doing this kind of thing. Whether from India, Malaysia or USA.

Consider how fast you would shit on a rich person in your country or another, given the opportunity. Poorer people around the world would shit on you even faster. You might have some morals; they most likely do not. They are masters at manipulating you and they do not care about you one ounce, despite what they might say to your face. The value of life is low where they live. As someone else said about, they just see you as a stupid bag of money to be robbed who follows a heathen religion or has naive morals.

Outsourcing is a fact of life as tragic as it may be when surveyed from the national level. Everyone wants to cut costs and without government restrictions outsourcing will continue to be an effective way to do it, provided one can navigate the potential dangers associated with it. It aims towards balancing the world economy by lowering your own and raising others. This is a problem caused by allowing free trade between developed and poor countries.
